Terms of Sale

1. GOVERNING TERMS: All Quality Bedding Sets(www.qualitybeddingsets.com sales shall be governed by the terms and conditions stated herein which supersede any representation or prior communications.

2. PRICING AND PAYMENT: Prices are subject to change by us without notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors on the web site.

SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS: Special order items are defined as non-stock items that must be ordered through the manufacturer. Special order items require 100% payment due at the time the order is placed.

CUSTOM ORDERS: Custom orders are defined as customized sizes or products identified as custom made. Custom order items require 100% payment due at the time the order is placed.

3. LEAD TIMES and CANCELLATIONS: Most in-stock items ship within 2 days to 2 weeks. Please allow 5-10 weeks for special order items, custom bedding, or out-of-stock items. We do our best to deliver on a timely basis, but we are sometimes dependent on suppliers and cannot be responsible for delays beyond our control. All stocked and cut- to-made orders(orders that are not in stock) that are canceled after 24 hrs will accrue a 15% cancellation charge plus any administrative or shipping and handling costs that are accrued which can be up to 10% or more. Backordered products can be cancelled but are subject to cancellation charges.

4. DAMAGE or DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE CLAIMS: All our items are carefully inspected prior to packing. Report any damaged or defective items within 3 days 

5. RETURNS & EXCHANGES: Special order, custom bedding, clearance items, washed, damaged, soiled bedding and fabric yardage sales are final     and cannot be returned or exchanged.
    All items considered for a refund must be returned in "as new condition", complete with all packaging materials.
    We do not accept for refund or exchange the following products: open bedsheets, mattress pads, sleeping pillows, down comforters and featherbeds.
    All returns are subject to inspection by the manufacturer or the original shipper and Quality Bedding Sets.com.
    Quality Bedding Sets.com reserves the right to refuse any merchandise for refunds, returns or exchanges.
    The Item(s) must be sent back to the manufacturer within 10 days of receipt. Manufacturer must approve all refunds,returns or exchanges.
    Once the manufacturer inspects and approves the return, then and only then a refund will be issued.
    If the refund is not approved by the manufacturer then a refund will not be issued. Not all of our manufacturers allow refunds or returns.
    Any opened packages will be charged a 10% repackaging fee. Return instructions will be provided.  All orders incur a 10% restocking fee.
    Michael Amini products are non-refundable or returnable. Replacement will be made only with preapproval by Amini Innovations.
    All decisions by Amini Innovations are final. Please call with any concerns prior to purchase.
    Not all of our suppliers and manufactures allow returns or refunds and cancellations under certain conditions.
    Such products are subject to the supplier and manufacturers term and conditions.
    Quality Bedding Sets does not create, alter or deviate from those terms and conditions.

 

Return Policy:
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with the item(s) you purchased, please contact us within 3 days. If we are unable to resolve the issue, you may return the item in its original condition. The Item(s) must be sent back to the manufacturer within 10 days of receipt. Manufacturer must approve all refunds,returns or exchanges. Once the manufacturer inspects and approves the return, refund or exchange then and only then a refund will be issued. If the refund is not approved by the manufacturer then a refund will not be issued. Not all of our manufacturers allow refunds or returns.

Non Returnable:
Window treatment, Drapes, Valances, shower curtains, 17" and above bedskirts, waterbed items, cut yardage and trims are not returnable.  Sheets cannot be returned if they have been opened. Custom made bedspreads and Bridal Satin are not returnable. Any Item that has been used will be returned to the customer at their expense. Products that are exposed to any smoke conditions are non returnable.

 Non Returnable items:
If returned, a 80% restocking fee will be applied. Opened Sheets and cut yardage that are returned will not be credited. 

All returns must be unused and in original condition and packaging.

Return Instructions:
Return Authorization Number
Call or Email us at customerservice@qualitybeddingsets.com with your order number to request a Return Authorization number.
Request for return must be made within 3 days of customer receiving an order.
Orders must be returned within 10 days of receipt of the goods.
After receipt of a Return Authorization Number, write your name and Authorization Number clearly on the outside of the package and enclose a copy of your invoice. Indicate clearly what you are returning.
Any returns received without authorization or not in original condition or packaging will be refused and returned at buyer's expense.

Refunds will be issued approximately 15 business days after the return package has been received and inspected.
A full Refund will be passed less the actual cost of our shipping, handling and restocking fees.
Please return in original packaging as returns which have been opened will need to be to be repackaged are subject to a 15% repackaging fee.
Most returned orders will incur a 10% restocking fee.

Returning orders should be sent by FedEx, UPS or a Carrier prepaid with tracking facilities so that you can track the package if necessary.


 
Order Cancellation:
Special order and custom bedding are made-to-order items; therefore, the deposit monies are forfeited. If we have begun work on the item, cancellations are not allowed. Cancellation of all other items must be reported immediately.
Most products are shipped directly from the manufacturer. If you wish to cancel an order please contact us at customerservice@qualitybeddingsets.com within 24 hours of placing your order to allow the manufacturers an opportunity to cancel the order before it is shipped.

If you have any time constraints on your shipments you must contact us to coordinate your necessary time frame.
Returns are not accepted if your merchandise did not arrive solely when desired or needed if you failed to contact us prior to ordering and request or coordinate special shipping requirements and arrangements.
