Return Policy:
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the item(s) you purchased, please contact us within 3 days and sent back to the manufacturer within 14 days of receipt. If we are unable to resolve the issue, you may return the item in its original condition.  

Non Returnable:
Window treatment, Drapes, Valances, shower curtains, 18" bedskirts, waterbed items, cut yardage and trims are not returnable.  Sheets cannot be returned if they have been opened. Custom made bedspreads and Bridal Satin are not returnable. Any Item that has been used will be returned to the customer at their expense. Products that are exposed to cigarette smoke are non returnable.

Most orders incur a 10% restocking fee.
Non Returnable items:
If returned, a 80% restocking fee will be applied. Opened Sheets and cut yardage that are returned will not be credited. 

All returns must be unused and in original condition and packaging.

Return Instructions:
Return Authorization Number
Email us at customerservice@qualitybeddingsets.com with your order number to request a Return Authorization number.
Request for return should be made within 3 days of customer receiving an order.
Orders should be returned within 2 weeks of receipt of the goods.
After receipt of a Return Authorization Number, write your name and Authorization Number clearly on the outside of the package and enclose a copy of your invoice. Indicate clearly what you are returning.

Refunds will be issued within 15 working days after the return package has been received and inspected.
A full Refund will be passed less the actual cost of our shipping and handling.
Please return in original packaging as returns which have to be repackaged are subject to a 10% repackaging fee.
Most returned orders will incur a 10% restocking fee.

Returning orders should be sent by FedEx, UPS or a Carrier prepaid with tracking facilities so that you can track the package if necessary.

 
Order Cancellation:
Most products are shipped directly from the manufacturer. If you wish to cancel an order please contact us at custumerservice@qualitybeddingsets.com within 8 hours of placing your order to allow the manufacturers an opportunity to cancel the order before it is shipped.
All stocked and cut- to-made orders(orders that are not in stock) that are cancelled after 8 hrs can be subject to a 10% cancellation charge.

Please note that all orders are quoted and payments are to be made in American Dollars.
