Shipping Policies and Rates

Shipping to a P.O. box
We're sorry, but you must provide us with a valid residential address in order to accommodate your request. For more information regarding UPS shipping requirements, please visit their web site at www.ups.com.

We usually use UPS ground and FEDEX shipping.

Flat rate shipping on order value applies to Ground Orders only within the Continental USA.

Merchandise which is in stock will usually ship within 3 to 8 business days. Processing can take longer in some circumstances and certain times of the year or our manufacturers order load and product availability.

Custom orders are made on a "cut-to-order" basis and manufacturers usually ship within 2 to 4 weeks if order is not denoted Quick Ship. During Holiday Seasons it can take longer. You will be advised an expected ship date after we receive your order. Most orders ships directly from the manufacturer to you.
We will also advise you by email as soon as your order ships.

If you have any time constraints on your shipments you must contact us to coordinate your necessary time frame.
Returns are not accepted if your merchandise did not arrive
solely when desired or needed if you failed to contact us prior to ordering and request or coordinate special shipping requirements and arrangements.

We usually ship by UPS Ground Service or Fed Ex unless otherwise requested.

If you require Next Day, Two Day or Three Day Air you must contact us, we will advise you of the extra charges.

A claim will be filed with USPS and the customer will be entitled to receive a refund only after the claim has been paid. These claims can take up to 6 months to be settled

 Free Shipping applies to Continental USA only.

Shipping Charges outside the Continental USA will be higher. We will advise you prior to your order being shipped.

Global Express/Fed Ex/UPS. This service though more expensive is guaranteed and a tracking number is provided to monitor the shipment.

Import Duties and Taxes may be payable on the package which is the responsibility of the customer . We are not responsible for length of time of delivery as we have no control once the package has left for it's destination.
